Charlie Sheen is about to start his new movie "Two and a Half Men."
As a plea bargain, agreement didn't take place as they both sides were in a serious discussion.
Charlie can't do the movie for 17-30 days continously as well as consecutively in jail due to production schedule as there was no agreement between them.
