Erin Andrews' Stalker Off Hook for ESPN's $300K Bill

ESPN wants the government to push King Creepster to cover all the network's costs in the rise of stalking scandal for extra security.

Barrett says he's "virtually penniless" and dont want to share $327,442.27 bill for third party.

According to new documents filed in California District Court, the judge agrees for "ESPN voluntarily paid all costs on behalf of direct victim Erin Andrews and restitution to ESPN is therefore not appropriate."

Michael David Barrett felt guilty to stalking Andrews last year, as he was sentenced for 30 months.
