Jesse and Janine are going to attend the court on monday as the court papers are filed in orange country.Janine Lindemulder says that Jesse's "reasons" to fly to Texas with sunny are "wholly unjustified"
Jesse said that he would fly to Texas"so his children could continue their relationship with Sandra Bullock" in Austin says Janine.
"Certainly if that relationship were that important to Sandra, she would have stayed in California -- where all of [Jesse's] children lived." she wrote in the documents.
Janine pleaded the judge that "[Jesse] not be allowed to move to Texas with Sunny."
