Kobayashi, the famous hot dog eater was arrested as he smashed the stage for Joey Chestnut won the game.
The Major League Eating organization says they are "absolutely not" banning Kobayashi from future competitions.
Major League Eating called the Tsunami's actions "inappropriate and unfortunate" but according to the rep, "[Kobayashi] is a great champ. Nathan's Famous actually tried to get him to come to the event originally. There was a lot of back and forth negotiating but they couldn't resolve it in time of the event."
